By following these recommendations, you will wash successfully and smoothly
Before washing, sort your clothes according to light and dark colors so that your clothes don't get stained.
In overloaded washers and dryers, laundry will not be washed and dried properly.
Put the detergent directly into the drum together with the laundry.
Use only as much detergent as necessary.
Do not wash laundry contaminated with oil or other chemical substances.
Make sure the dryer lint tray is empty.
Remove pet hair from laundry before washing.
Make sure your clothing pockets are empty.
We are not responsible for damaged or left laundry.

How to remove stains
Wash the items in cold water. Then wash as usual at 30-40°C.
Wipe the stain with cotton wool soaked in alcohol (be careful with reactive inks!). Then wash as usual.
Carefully remove the remaining wax with a dull knife, then smooth the fabric between layers of blotting paper (in this case place the fabric inside out on the ironing board). Then wash as usual.
Wash using a hot cycle.
Sprinkle salt or baking soda on the fresh stain, then wash as usual.
Ice the stain or freeze the fabric in the freezer. Remove the excess with a blunt knife and place the stain on blotting paper, wipe the inside with cotton wool soaked in gasoline, alcohol or acetone (nail polish remover). Then wash as usual.
Wash using a hot cycle.
Soak in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes before washing normally.
Place the stain on blotting paper and wipe the inside with cotton wool soaked in gasoline or alcohol. Allow the fabric to dry first, then soak the fabric in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes before washing as usual.
Place the fabric with the stained side down on the blotting paper and wipe the other side with an alcohol-soaked cotton ball. Replace the paper if necessary. Then wash as usual.
Soak in lukewarm water for 5- 10 minutes, add vinegar and then wash as usual.
